For the first edition of our “Listen While You Work” audio series, I had the privilege of talking shop with George Stroumboulopoulos – how he got to be where he is, his plans for the future and how plain old hard work allowed him to turn his natural interests and abilities into his ideal life.
Many of the things he said during our interview have already changed the way I think and feel about my own life, but none so much as this: “When people try to tell you you can’t do shit, they might be right, but their answer is irrelevant. Whether or not you can is not the point. The point is you want to. So do it.”
We invite you to put your headphones on for more of George’s stellar advice and to find out things about him you might not know – like why he doesn’t drink, how little he actually sleeps, what he looks for in the people he hires and what song forced him to speak up for the very first time at work.

This is fantastic. Like all things Empirella, when you launched your audio series you came out the gate guns blazing!
Can’t wait for the next one!!
Ill agree that repeating the delivery strengthens the muscles and prevents injury, but repeating the delivery also likely stresses the ligaments and tendons and slowly wears them down. How much of each counteracting force happens each time probably is what causes some pitchers to be workhorses and some to be fragile.
Every-time I see sites as delicious as this because I should stop bludging and start working on mine
